We help our customers reduce risk by tightly integrating MDR with offensive security, threat hunting, security research, and digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) to continually adapt to new and evolving threats. Our modern MDR (Managed Detection & Response) approach is tailored to the unique characteristics and risk factors of each customer, enabling us to take full ownership of the response process and, optionally, manage key security controls.

As a CyberMaxx Channel Sales Advisor you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market reach through our Master Agent / Technology Service Distributor (TSD) partners and overall partner community. You will be responsible for driving the number, opening new business, leveraging existing partners and recruiting new partners, developing strong relationships, and enabling them to successfully go to market with our cybersecurity solutions. This role offers base salary, benefits, and commissions based on sales quotas, with no cap on quota.


What You Will Do:

  • Lead efforts driving new business acquisition
  • Work collaboratively with support and leadership teams maximizing revenue

Partner Recruitment and Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our channel network.
  • Develop and execute a partner recruitment plan within your specific region
  • Support existing partner activities region

Partner Enablement and Training:

  • Leverage Partner Development resources to align comprehensive training and enablement programs to equip partners with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell and support our solutions.

Sales Enablement and Support:

  • Collaborate with the channel and marketing teams to share partner feedback on collateral, and marketing campaigns to fit their specific ICP.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance alongside channel team to partners, including supporting deal registration, technical assistance through our sales engineering team, and assistance with lead generation.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of professional experience leveraging channel sales and partner management
  • Strong understanding of the Master Agent/Technology Service Distributor (TSD) ecosystem
  • Proven track record in attaining quota in new business roles
  • Strong understanding of the MDR market, cybersecurity industry and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
