Growth Marketing Manager Role
Location: Hybrid. Dunwoody, GA.
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth by developing and optimizing demand generation strategies across digital channels, campaigns, and partner ecosystems. This role focuses on identifying high-impact growth opportunities, testing new marketing approaches, and scaling programs that generate qualified leads and revenue.
Working closely with sales, partner marketing, and marketing operations, the Growth Marketing Manager develops integrated marketing strategies that convert target audiences into opportunities. The role combines planning, experimentation and data-driven optimization to accelerate customer acquisition and support company revenue goals.
Success in this role is measured by pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion performance, and marketing-driven revenue growth. The Growth Marketing Manager is the person responsible for making sure marketing actually produces pipeline, not just activities.
This role will work normal business hours with two full days in the Dunwoody office (Mondays/Fridays).
