Overview

The TrendAI Channel Marketing Senior Specialist is an operationally focused contributor embedded within the U.S. Marketing team, responsible for ensuring flawless execution across partner programs, events, and channel marketing operations. This role is the operational engine behind TrendAI's partner ecosystem-managing the details that enable the channel team to drive partner relationships and pipeline at scale.

This is a growth role designed for a highly organized, data-driven marketing professional who will develop deep fluency in channel operations and progressively take on partner-facing responsibilities, building toward a Channel Marketing Manager scope.

Responsibilities

  • Own lead mapping, lead uploads, and SPIF payout processing in close coordination with channel sales and operations teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Support end-to-end execution of 1:many to- and through-partner events-coordinating with partner managers and SDRs, managing seller assignments, and assisting with account creation logistics

  • Maintain a Global Marketing Calendar by adding and updating all channel events, ensuring cross-functional visibility

  • Own Microsoft Dynamics CRM contact hygiene and partner email list maintenance to preserve data integrity across all partner communications

  • Manage swag fulfillment from internal team via intake fulfillment processes

  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing Managers to support the development of co-branded assets, partner enablement materials, and joint go-to-market initiatives

  • Track and report on operational metrics, program execution timelines, and partner engagement activities using Excel and internal reporting tools

  • Support MDF program administration, partner portal content updates, and other channel marketing operational workstreams as needed

  • Build familiarity with TrendAI's partner ecosystem, including distributors, VARs, MSSPs, and GSIs, as a foundation for future partner-facing responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in channel marketing, partner operations, marketing operations, or a related B2B marketing role

  • Exceptional attention to detail-accuracy and follow-through are non-negotiable in this role

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data manipulation, tracking, and analysis

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms; Microsoft Dynamics preferred

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms including gifting/direct mail solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable managing requests and timelines across multiple stakeholders

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Curiosity about the cybersecurity industry and the channel partner ecosystem; prior experience in technology a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

A candidate's final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors to include, but not limited to relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
