What is cyber security training and security awareness?

Cyber Security Training and Security Awareness refers to the process of educating employees or individuals about the potential cyber threats they might face and teaching them best practices to protect sensitive data and systems. This training helps people recognize and respond to phishing attacks, social engineering, malware, and other common security risks. By increasing awareness and understanding of cyber threats, organizations can significantly reduce the risk of data breaches and other security incidents. Regular training ensures that everyone remains vigilant and up-to-date with the latest security protocols.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals delivering cyber security training and security awareness programs?
