Job description

Reporting to the Principal Investigator, the Student Research Assistant is for Undergraduate
upperclassmen (Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors). Students are expected to assist faculty in the
identification and dissemination of academic research, including but not limited to collection and analysis.
Students must participate in training of the statistical and thematic analysis of data. Students should have an
interest in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence research. Students may be given the opportunity to present
at academic research presentations and/or publish academic research papers. Students with high demands
on their schedules due to extra-curricular, athletic competitions or other academic duties should not apply.
Essential Job Functions:
• Assist in the identification of academic research.
• Assist in the dissemination of academic research.
• Assist in the development of research methodology
• Participate in the collection and analysis of qualitative data.
• Participate in the collection and analysis of quantitative data.
• Attend and participate in research conferences, workshops, and trainings
• Other duties as assigned.
