Professionals in this field use biotechnology techniques like Agrobacterium-mediated transformation or biolistics to alter plant genomes. Their responsibilities may include designing experiments, tissue culture work, and analyzing transformed plants. This role is critical in agricultural research, biotechnology companies, and academic institutions working on crop improvement and sustainability.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Plant Transformation position, and why are they important?
