***We are unable to sponsor as this is a permanent full-time role***

***Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote***

Qualifications:

  • This role will also collaborate with other internal security teams to develop and implement new detection rules within the company s various security platforms (e.g. SIEM, EDR, etc.).
  • Monitor, triage, and respond to security alerts and incidents.
  • Utilize threat intelligence feeds to stay informed about emerging threats.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure configurations
  • Develop and implement new detection rules.
  • Maintain and configure security tools and technologies.
  • Document and conform to processes related to security monitoring and incident response.
  • Acts as subject matter expert for security incident responses.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by delivering quality results and exploring opportunities to increase value and raise awareness of Information Security Program
  • Participate in knowledge sharing with other analysts/engineers and develop solutions efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred, ideally in Cybersecurity, Information Technology related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • At least six years of experience in an information technology-related field or a minimum of three years of direct cybersecurity experience (required).
  • Certificates, Licensures, Registrations: CompTIA Security+, GIAC Information Security Fundamentals or Security Essentials Certification, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne)
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms (e.g., Sentinel, Splunk, LogRhythm, Exabeam, Google SecOps) including event analysis, log collection/management, alert generation, investigations, and reporting
  • Azure cloud modules (e.g., Sentinel, Defender, Entra, Identity, Key Vault)
  • Endpoint security technologies/agents (e.g., web proxy, DLP, CASB)
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
