Partner Integration Lead will serve within the SBE's Technology Division, reporting to the Partner Integration Manager, and will play a key role in coordinating CMS-related integration activities, managing Enhanced Direct Enrolment (EDE) partner relationships, and ensuring operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities - Program Operations
- Manage all coordination related to CMS and EDE partners, including Operational Readiness Reviews (ORRs), change management, and compliance.
- Oversee partner application processes, technical implementation, and open enrollment milestones.
- Maintain comprehensive records of partner activity, ORR status, and CMS change logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and CMS to track, evaluate, and implement regulatory and technical updates.
- Create and maintain project documentation, detailed plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Direct updates to partner documentation and coordinate with analysts for accuracy and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the main liaison with CMS, EDE partners, issuers, and Client stakeholders on program and technical matters.
- Lead regular update meetings with internal leadership and external partners.
- Drive alignment across Legal, Policy, Technology, and Operations teams.
- Monitor CMS policy changes and recommend adoption strategies to leadership.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant project management experience (Master's may substitute 2 years).
- Strong experience managing technology implementation projects in a regulated environment.
- Skilled in project tracking tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and documentation practices.
