Cyber Program Administrator Job Title: Cyber Program Administrator Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Work Schedule: Onsite Reports To: Program Director and/or Designee Security Clearance: U.S. Government SECRET Clearance (Must be eligible to obtain and maintain TOP SECRET eligibility) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Cyber Program Administrator to lead and manage enterprise cybersecurity and cyber threat intelligence programs supporting public sector, critical infrastructure, and security partners. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing cyber threat analysis, intelligence operations, incident coordination, outreach, training, and strategic cybersecurity initiatives

The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of progressive cybersecurity leadership experience, with a strong background in cyber threat intelligence, information security, cyber operations, and stakeholder engagement across government or enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, expansion, and daily operations of cybersecurity and cyber threat intelligence programs. Monitor, assess, and communicate emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and threat intelligence to internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct cyber intelligence analysis using classified, unclassified, and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) resources. Produce intelligence reports, cyber threat assessments, executive briefings, and situational awareness bulletins. Coordinate cyber incident response activities and support investigative initiatives.

Review cyber-related intelligence, tips, and reports while ensuring compliance with applicable privacy, civil liberties, and information-sharing policies. Perform multi-disciplinary threat analysis to identify cyber risks, trends, vulnerabilities, and intelligence gaps. Collaborate with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, public safety, critical infrastructure, healthcare, and private-sector partners.

Deliver cybersecurity presentations, awareness sessions, and executive briefings for technical and non-technical audiences. Support cybersecurity exercises, vulnerability assessments, and partner engagement activities. Serve as the primary cybersecurity subject matter expert and liaison between stakeholders and the contracting organization.

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, privacy standards, and operational procedures. Required Qualifications 10-15+ years of progressive experience in: Cybersecurity Cyber Threat Intelligence Information Security Cyber Operations Threat Analysis Leadership experience in positions such as: Cybersecurity Director Cyber Program Manager Information Security Manager Threat Intelligence Manager SOC Manager Intelligence Program Manager Cybersecurity Manager Similar senior leadership roles Experience conducting cyber threat intelligence using: Classified systems Unclassified systems Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence processes, and information-sharing frameworks. Experience presenting cybersecurity topics to executive leadership and technical teams.
