Careers Head of Sales / Go-To-Market (GTM)

Hybrid or Remote (Secure Engage โ€“ Canada/US)

Full Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the overall sales and go-to-market strategy for Secure Engage across North America
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team focused on enterprise clients (banks, insurers, law firms, regulators)
  • Develop playbooks, pipeline management processes, and scalable outbound and inbound strategies
  • Work closely with the CEO and product team to shape offers, messaging, and positioning aligned with client needs and compliance urgency
  • Leverage social selling, webinars, and personal branding to drive visibility and conversion in legaltech, fintech, and cyber risk spaces
  • Partner with marketing to align brand narrative, content strategy, and channel engagement
  • Cultivate longโ€‘term relationships with decisionโ€‘makers in compliance, legal, and procurement functions
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a startup or highโ€‘growth environment
  • Proven ability to close enterprise deals and build repeatable sales engines
  • Strong familiarity with social media (especially LinkedIn) as a brand and leadโ€‘gen tool
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable in fastโ€‘paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership expectations
  • Experience selling to compliance, legal, or IT security buyers is a major plus
