Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse project portfolio balanced between technical integration initiatives and operational customer experience campaigns.

  • Facilitate agile cadences, PI planning, dependency mapping, and clean board management across Jira and Asana.

  • Serve as the strategic bridge between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable scopes.

  • Optimize request pipelines, intake forms, and operational handoffs to streamline collaboration and reduce organizational friction.

  • Apply adaptable execution strategies by leveraging structured agile frameworks for technical deliverables and lean planning for operational projects.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of project management experience balancing technical delivery with business, operational, or customer experience initiatives.

  • Hands-on expertise with Jira, Asana, and multi-team PI planning or agile frameworks.

  • Strong fluency communicating technical data flows to engineers as well as content and user journeys to business partners.

  • Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with proven skill in knowing when to apply formal agile ceremonies versus streamlined check-ins.

  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous or loosely defined business requests into clear, actionable project plans.

  • PMP certification.

  • Background in customer experience, operations, or marketing tech enablement.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
