Business Systems Analyst - PRM & CX Solutions (AECO)

In this high-impact role, you will design post-sale digital workflows, bridge the gap between technical architecture and business strategy, and directly shape how thousands of global partners engage with our Customer Experience ecosystem.

What Makes This Role Great: In this pivotal position, you will serve as the master architect of Trimble's AECO post-sale partner journey. You will possess full ownership of cross-sector digital collaboration tools, translating frontline customer feedback into enterprise-grade features while directly influencing partner retention and success worldwide.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Spearhead high-impact collaborative workshops with global stakeholders to map out and capture critical partner portal requirements.
  • Translate complex cross-functional user feedback into actionable user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and end-to-end process workflows.
  • Partner closely with IS developers and system architects to translate business priorities into cutting-edge technical designs.
  • Drive seamless user onboarding and champion tool adoption as the definitive subject matter expert during worldwide PRM rollouts.
  • Analyze complex usage metrics and partner interactions to continuously optimize platform performance and digital engagement.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong background in channel operations, business systems administration, or data analytics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Advanced capability in Google Sheets for data modeling, metric evaluation, and reporting.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical mindset to evaluate complex platform metrics and usage trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across matrixed teams and external partners.

Bonus Points For:
  • Hands-on experience with PRM software or Salesforce Communities.
  • Background or familiarity with the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) technology sectors.

Logistics:
Location: Atlanta, GA or Westminster, CO (In Office 4 days per week and 1 day from home)
Travel Requirement: 5-10% (2-4 sales meetings per year)
