Job description

Our Research Analysts contribute to the development and administration of corporate marketing programs.
This position can be filled as an Associate Marketing Analyst (Associate Customer Research Analyst), Marketing Analyst (Customer Research Analyst) or a Senior Marketing Analyst (Senior Customer Research Analyst), based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
For this position, Sentry does not offer employment to holders of F-1, J-1, and H-1 Visas.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Research Analyst, you will:
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain market research used in the development of marketing programs. Prepare reports that interpret market conditions and potentials.
  • Collect marketing intelligence regarding marketing and brand performance.
  • Create tools and reporting and which measures and communicates the effectiveness of Sentry's current customer experience.
  • Administer customer survey development. Design survey drafts and build questionnaires within Qualtrics Explore survey platform.
  • Create reports and data visualization dashboards as necessary, including system-generated reports and additional analysis in excel as needed.
  • Design and facilitate qualitative customer panel and design reporting of results.
  • Participate in the development of a customer outreach program. Help define protocol for customer follow-up.

What it Takes
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 or more years of related work experience preferred.
  • Marketing and database experience is preferred.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and apply a wide range of company products, services, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to include working knowledge of complex statistical analysis, spreadsheets, and database applications preferred.
  • Qualtrics Explore and Qualtrics XM Discover experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in strategy and relationship management preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CX experience best practices preferred.
