Our Ad Tech & Media practice helps advertising organizations modernize and operate the systems that power their revenue - spanning linear, addressable, programmatic, AVOD/FAST, and CTV ad delivery - including ad decisioning, order management, traffic and billing, data integration, and reporting across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
Job Description
We're looking for a Business Analyst to partner with Regulatory, Legal, Product, Operations, UX, and Technology teams to translate government and regulatory requirements into customer-facing and agent-facing business solutions. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, designing customer and agent experiences, and supporting the delivery of compliant technology solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about improving customer experiences while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
The hourly rate is $40 - $43. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for benefits such as health insurance, 401k match, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze new federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and assess business impacts.
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements for customer and agent-facing systems.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to translate regulatory obligations into actionable business requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business process documentation.
  • Define customer journeys and agent workflows that support compliant and intuitive experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to review wireframes, prototypes, and customer experience designs.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Technology teams throughout Agile development cycles.
  • Support solution design discussions.
  • Identify business process improvements that reduce operational complexity while maintaining compliance.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate implemented solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project delivery.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings

Nice to Have
  • Telecommunications or cable industry experience.
  • Experience supporting regulatory or compliance initiatives.
  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles.
  • Experience designing agent workflows and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with FCC regulations, privacy requirements, accessibility standards, or government programs.
  • CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA/Confluence
  • Strong knowledge using copilot and Claude to aid in requirements gathering
