Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customer leadership to execute the Joint Business Plan, integrating planning and supply chain strategies to drive growth, improve execution, and create value across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CVS Health supply chain, store operations, and executive leadership while serving as a trusted supply chain thought leader, including support for Rx-to-OTC switch initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain tools, solutions, and investments that enhance planning accuracy, operational performance, and business outcomes.
  • Develop inventory monitoring methodologies and forecasting processes to improve trade inventory visibility, retail in-stock performance, forecast accuracy, and demand planning results.
  • Provide supply chain expertise and process leadership to field planning and forecasting teams, ensuring alignment with Opella's S&OP framework and business objectives.
  • Establish and manage supply chain scorecards and performance metrics focused on on-time/in-full delivery, on-shelf availability, inventory management, cash flow, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between supply chain and sales teams to drive sustainable growth, proactively identify opportunities, and anticipate and resolve customer, commercial, and operational challenges.

About You:
  • B.A. / B.S. degree required; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience across multiple areas of the supply chain, including roles involving direct customer interactions; Supply / demand planning experience preferred.
  • A demonstrated track-record for delivering results, developing capabilities, exceeding goals and is recognized as an expert in delivering breakthrough and innovative solutions
  • Ability to develop organizational capabilities while influencing others
  • Lead and inspire others when facing highly ambiguous, complex situations
  • Extremely organized, dependable and self-motivated with the ability to leverage Excel and other planning tools in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilizes effective, professional communications to cultivate strong working relationships with both internal and external colleagues; displays flexibility in your approach to people and situation

The salary range for this position is: $115,000.00 - $160,000.00
