Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) | Vallejo, CA

Make a meaningful difference in mental health care by providing compassionate support to patients on their journey toward healing and recovery. We’re seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join a patient-centered psychiatric care team in Vallejo, CA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver coordinated nursing care for behavioral health patients according to established standards and the nursing process

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and wellness

  • Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and ongoing care needs

  • Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition

  • Supervise and delegate responsibilities to assigned nursing staff as appropriate

  • Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care

What You’ll Bring:
