Position Summary

As Sr. Analyst, Reputation Digital Channel Analytics & Insights, you will support the CVS Health Communications organization with a focus on reputation intelligence and communications measurement and reporting by bringing together data from media, digital channels, and reputation research to deliver insights on performance, engagement, and ongoing optimization. Your work will help stakeholders better understand the effectiveness of communications campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and make more informed decisions.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights, solving analytical challenges, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Communications and Reputation Intelligence Lead and sits within the CVS Health Communications Strategy and Operations team, which drives enterprise strategic planning, operational excellence and colleague engagement for the CVS Health communications organization.

Sr. Analyst - Reputation and Digital Channel Analytics &Insights

Corporate Communications

Responsibilities

Analyze data across earned media, social, and owned CVS Health brand channels to provide a clear view of communications performance and impact, and audience engagement.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key trends and performance metrics.

Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support communications strategies and campaigns.

Maintain data quality and ensure the accuracy of reporting, dashboards, and analyses.

Support reputation measurement and analysis, including survey-based and third-party research programs, and help communicate findings to stakeholders.

Support audience research efforts, including surveys, sentiment analysis, and other methods used to better understand stakeholder engagement.

Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of communications analytics tools, dashboards, and data sources.

Partner with communications colleagues and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely insights.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and measurement approaches.

Management multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or data strategy, communications measurement, marketing analytics, media analytics, or a related field.

Experience analyzing and interpreting data to develop clear, actionable insights.

Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Familiarity with communications, marketing, digital, or media performance metrics.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with communications, reputation, public relations, or marketing measurement programs.

Familiarity with social listening, media measurement, reputation tracking, or audience research tools.

Experience conducting stakeholder research, including surveys, sentiment analysis, or qualitative research.

Familiarity with communications analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Cision, Adobe Analytics, Dynamic Signal, or similar tools.

Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or emerging measurement approaches.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
