CVS Team Lead
Location: US Remote
You've built experience, now use it where bold ideas meet real impact. At Opella, we're challenging how self-care works for millions of people and need leaders and experts ready to shape what's next. As a CVS Team Lead, you'll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human.
About the Job:
  • Lead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation worldwide.
  • Mentor and uplift emerging talent while pushing your own growth and influence.
  • Put purpose into practice - embedding sustainability, access and social impact into every decision.
  • Model the challenger mindset: question complexity, act with integrity and make things radically simple.
  • Help shape a culture that's ambitious, collaborative and serious about recognition and belonging.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage the Opella North America CHC strategy to develop Opella's business portfolio with CVS, to include delivering budgeted sales revenue, innovation sales, category share, profitability, and supply chain goals. This includes leading a cross-functional team that will surround our partner with total solutions capability for in-store and on-line success.
  • Own the establishment and execution of our overall vision and strategy to win with CVS, to include collaborating to secure input, investment and support from internal cross-functional partners.
  • Build and foster relationships with Senior-level leadership at CVS, including merchandising, marketing, supply chain and store operations. This includes building and owning a Joint Value Creation plan and scorecard, which encompasses our mutual growth targets and strategic investment areas for Opella across a 3-year timetable.
  • Manage and own the CVS Team P&L, including trade investment and overall Operational Execution considerations.
  • Ensure we have robust category-level Joint Business Plans with corresponding scorecards that represent mutually defined annual goals and achieve the sales fundamental goals of distribution, shelf, pricing and merchandising.
  • Lead the hiring, training and development of top talent for Opella - creating a highly collaborative and effective culture that reflects our Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Manage a high-functioning team and agency partners to serve the needs of CVS and Opella at an optimal and mutually defined ROI.
  • Define and lead the necessary business questions and support from data analytics and shopper/consumer insights, to position Opella as the thought leader in the Health Care and Personal Care categories in which we compete.

About You:
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven delivery in CPG, preferably within OTC/Healthcare and Personal Care, both top and bottom-line results required. Excellent business acumen; proficient category, segment and RX to OTC switching knowledge.
  • Prefer someone with CVS experience. Extensive macro U.S. trade channel experience to include shopper journeys, eComm, syndicated and shopper data. Proficient in all functional areas to include CPFR/demand planning and business analysis.
  • Thrive and adapt quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
  • Bring clarity to ambiguity by learning new approaches and aligning stakeholders to drive results
  • Lead by example with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset, actively contributing to execution
  • Inspire and motivate teams to navigate complex challenges and achieve successful outcomes
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration, organization, and communication to deliver effective retail execution

This is more than the next step in your career, it's a chance to lead change and help reinvent self-care for the world. If you're ready to challenge, inspire and deliver impact that matters, we're ready for you.
