  • Experienced process engineer in metal deposition technologies (PVD/CVD/ALD) with a Wafer Fab background.
  • Use process and hardware knowledge to understand tool performance and operations.
  • Engage with customers to understand customer roadmap, interpret the technology and service needs and identify opportunities for service engagement.
  • Identify customers High Value Problems (HVP).
  • Works with field service organization and service products development team to deliver service products to customers.
  • Interfaces with customers ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable service solutions.
  • Works closely with customer and field service organization account team to meet customer service agreements performance KPI's.
  • Resolve complex tool issues utilizing systematic troubleshooting methodology (DOEs, FDC, Analytics, etc.).
  • Communicate learnings to strengthen service product offerings.
  • Working knowledge of 1-2 unit processes.

Qualifications
  • BS - Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry
  • 2-4 years' experience in metal deposition process
  • Wafer Fab / Equipment experience

Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
