Job description

Dean Dorton, one of the largest and most acclaimed certified public accounting and business advisory firms in the Southeast, has an opportunity for a Business Valuation Manager to join our team. 
What You’ll Be Doing: 
  • Perform critical valuation functions for Dean Dorton clients within a variety of industries.
  • Preparation and/or review of valuation models using a variety of tools.
  • Analysis of the industry, economic, and other developing trends to derive valuation results.
  • Use of strategic, analytical, and conceptual knowledge and theories to develop creative solutions for clients. 
  • Preparation and presentation of valuation reports, data, and findings to clients.
  • Participation in business and team development activities to support the growth of Dean Dorton’s Business Valuation services.
What We Are Looking For 
  • 2-6 years of Valuation Experience.
  • One or more valuation certifications such as ABV, CVA, or ASA are required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
