This full-time position is performed onsite at our fully equipped rehabilitation center. The center is designed to provide an optimal healing environment, featuring state-of-the-art therapy tools and ample space to facilitate safe and effective therapeutic interventions. You will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant, in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere focused on achieving the best patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient, ensuring tailored and effective treatment plans.
• Evaluate and treat an average of 2-3 patients per hour, employing various therapeutic modalities to address mobility and pain management.
• Utilize exceptional manual therapy skills to enhance patient outcomes and develop personalized care strategies.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's unique requirements and progress.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient care in compliance with organizational standards and utilize EMR software such as WebPT for efficient record-keeping.
• Track patient progress and analyze treatment effectiveness, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize patient care.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their recovery process, instilling confidence and encouraging them to achieve their maximum potential.

Our patient base consists primarily of athletes and active individuals seeking to recover from sports-related injuries, orthopedic conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. We are committed to providing affordable therapies that prioritize non-surgical options and enhance the overall well-being of our clients. • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license, with no board actions or disciplinary issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of orthopedic outpatient care.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient practice management.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with team members.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in orthopedic or sports rehabilitation.
• Experience working in a high-demand physical therapy environment, providing care to diverse patient populations.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
