The company specializes in providing end-to-end supply chain solutions, including air and ocean freight, customs brokerage, and compliance services, supporting clients across a wide range of industries.

Position Overview

The Customs Entry Writer will be responsible for preparing and processing import documentation in compliance with all applicable customs regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of tariff classifications, customs procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure timely and accurate clearance of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit customs entries for import shipments in accordance with HMRC regulations
  • Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Classify goods using the appropriate tariff codes and ensure correct duty and VAT calculations
  • Communicate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to resolve discrepancies or delays
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to internal teams and customers
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes

Requirements
