Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: East Longmeadow, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us:We are a fast-paced Commercial Printing company dedicated to delivering high-quality print solutions and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to become a member of our team as a Client Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
• Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
• Process orders using customer retention and print management systems (including PrintSmith)
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of projects
• Review job specifications carefully to maintain quality and minimize errors
• Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and resolve issues efficiently
• Assist with e-commerce order processing and online customer interactions
• Assist with order buyouts and vendor coordination as required
• Help manage and track inventory for office and production departments
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the commercial printing industry preferred
• College graduate, 4-year degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Great people skills are a must. Organized and detail oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with PrintSmith or similar print management/customer retention software preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media tools
