We're hiring Customer Support Representatives to join a leading equipment and technology organization in Johnston, Iowa. This is a great opportunity for individuals with customer service experience who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
$18.78/hour
12-Month Contract
$1,000 Retention Bonus at 6 Months
Additional $1,000 Completion Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone and document all interactions.
  • Assist customers with product questions, warranty information, parts inquiries, and loyalty programs.
  • Research solutions and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Process customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes in company systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
  • 6+ months of customer service or customer support experience.
