As a Program Manager, you will lead a team that helps people build skills for work and everyday life. Youโ€™ll guide staff, support programs, and help individualsโ€”including people with disabilitiesโ€”move toward independence and success.

This is more than a leadership roleโ€”itโ€™s a chance to inspire others, solve problems, and create opportunities that change lives.

โ€ข Lead and support a team of Employment Specialists, Lead Direct Support Trainers, and Direct Support Staff

โ€ข Hire, train, and develop team members
