  • Serve as the primary training resource for new hires, providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing development throughout the onboarding process.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding curricula covering product knowledge, sales methodology, industry expertise, and role-specific competencies.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Clinical, and other subject matter experts to develop and maintain product and industry training materials.
  • Create and deliver training programs that enable client-facing teams to effectively position new products, features, and company initiatives.
  • Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, role plays, and skill development exercises for Sales and Customer Success teams.

  • Train Customer Success Managers on adoption strategies, business reviews, renewal readiness, risk mitigation, and customer growth opportunities.
  • Review customer-facing interactions, including recorded calls and meetings, to identify coaching opportunities and skill development needs.
  • Develop and administer certification programs to validate product knowledge, sales methodology, and customer engagement competencies.
  • Track onboarding progress, training participation, certification status, and skill development metrics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leaders to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted training and coaching solutions.
  • Equip frontline managers with tools, resources, and coaching frameworks to reinforce learning and drive ongoing development within their teams.
  • Support the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing administration of learning management and enablement platforms.
  • Meet established training, onboarding, and enablement goals that support company growth, customer retention, and revenue objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, learning and development, or a client-facing Sales or Customer Success role with training responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing training materials, including guides, playbooks, talk tracks, demo scripts, certifications, training decks, online courses, assessments, and reinforcement tools.
  • Strong coaching and feedback skills with the ability to influence behavior change and improve performance.
  • Experience supporting and reinforcing a structured sales methodology.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Self-directed work ethic, learning agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with business applications and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience in healthcare, home-based care, healthcare technology, or SaaS environments.
