As a CTIO - Activation & Customer Success - Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and drive successful outcomes, enhancing their satisfaction with our services and products. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on building strong client relationships and delivering innovative software solutions that meet evolving client needs. This role is an opportunity to combine technical skills with creative thinking to deliver impactful results.
As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge. You will adapt to working with diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges. This role encourages you to take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that adds value to our clients and team success. The salary range for this position is: $50,500 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
