A Customer Success Leader is a professional responsible for guiding and overseeing a company's customer success team. Their primary goal is to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes while using the company's products or services, which helps drive retention and growth. Customer Success Leaders develop strategies, analyze customer data, and collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience. How does a customer success leader balance strategic planning with day-to-day team management?
