Job Overview
This role supports the sales team by developing and implementing processes and systems to enhance sales effectiveness. It primarily involves creating proposals for smaller clients and projects with recommendations aligned to client needs and best practices. The role also contributes to larger projects by providing inputs and managing the completion of final deliverables. Success is measured by the quality and relevance of proposals, effective collaboration, and timely project completion. The work impacts the organization by enabling the sales team to focus on selling and improving client engagement outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base to provide accurate answers about product functionality, processes, and systems to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build recommendations for campaign and system setups that meet internal and client requirements
  • Lead projects that promote best practices across offerings, outreach, and systems within the team
  • Provide guidance on setup and pricing across products in partnership with operations and partners
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Sales Planning, digital agency, online advertising, or sales operations (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Advertising tech exposure, e.g. Google Ad Manager, MediaMath, Salesforce, Sharepoint and Excel (Preferred)

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
