Position Overview:
The Customer Success Analyst transforms operational data into actionable insights that improve customer satisfaction, increase vehicle uptime, and enhance service performance. By building dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying trends, this role helps ABC Companies deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting continuous operational improvement across the organization.
Working closely with Operations, Sales, Service, and Leadership, the Customer Success Analyst analyzes fleet maintenance, service performance, and customer data to identify opportunities that improve business outcomes, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize the value delivered to our customers.

In this role, you'll make an impact by:

  • Building trusted partnerships with Operations, Sales, Service, and Leadership to drive continuous improvement.
  • Developing dashboards and reporting that enable leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards that provide visibility into operational and customer performance.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, Service, and Leadership to understand business objectives and reporting needs.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and operational performance.
  • Deliver reporting that supports informed decision-making across the organization.

Customer Insights & Performance Analysis
  • Analyze operational, fleet, and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and service performance.
  • Monitor customer health indicators and proactively identify at-risk customers, service gaps, or operational concerns.
  • Investigate data anomalies and performance issues to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the development and tracking of customer success metrics related to uptime, service quality, responsiveness, and overall customer experience.

Continuous Improvement
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements that increase operational efficiency and customer value.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement reporting enhancements and process improvements.
  • Help establish a continuous feedback loop between customers and internal stakeholders to improve products, services, and operational performance.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and data integrity across business systems.

Collaboration & Business Partnership
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Service, and Leadership.
  • Present findings, trends, and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support business initiatives by providing analytical insight that drives strategic decision-making.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting operational reporting, KPI tracking, business analytics, or customer success initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM systems or customer data platforms preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Information Technology, Systems or Data Engineering, Operations/Systems Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
