Job description

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Bartlett, TN branch. Responsibilities include picking customer orders via a bar coding system with high accuracy rate and staging the finished product. This position will be the 8am-5pm shift.
This role will report to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities

  • Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
  • Maintain acceptable efficiency rates of both quantity and accuracy of products pulled.
  • Maintain bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris (empty cartons, box tops, etc.) and by keeping product organized on shelf.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
  • Maintain material handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction and connecting battery to recharging station at the end of shift.
  • Transport orders to customer locations or delivery platforms with materials handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.
Qualifications
  • Organization and Scheduling
  • Dealing with complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Maintain safety management requirements
  • Assist in maintaining Inventory Control
  • Must possess a "Can Do" team-player attitude at all times
  • 12-18 months of experience working in a warehouse preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing/being on your feet throughout the day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
