Job description

Job Title: Customer Services Representative
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Working Model: Onsite
Pay Rate Range: $22-$23.95/Hr on W2
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Customer service related experience.
  • Enjoys Learning about a variety of Revenue tax procedures, including tax filing and payment requirements.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service by phone and in written correspondence in a fast-paced call-center environment.
  • Apply knowledge acquired in training and utilize resources to analyze and problem-solve.
  • Respond to a variety of tax inquiries.
  •  Access data utilizing basic computer skills.
  • Communicate professionally using correct grammar, spelling and punctuation both verbally and in written formats.
  • Comply with all ethical and confidentiality requirements.
  • Work Schedule: 7.5 hour day, 37.5 hour week, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4:30pm, 1 hour lunch
