Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).

1. Ensure the maintenance of customer database in the system, creation of Credit Notes and Debit Notes, etc.
2. Update customer info in the system and maintain sales activity dashboards.
3. Generate customer call reports, check data consistency, and prepare sales/customer reports.
4. Support to Offer team by preparing proposals for selected simple offers. Follow up on proposals, coordinate with Sales Representatives, and manage contract completion.
5. Participate in the customer claims treatment during contract initiation.
