Deloitte Consulting LLP is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to accelerate growth for its ServiceNow Service Line across Financial Services.

The Sales Executive is accountable for expanding Deloitte's ServiceNow services and driving growth across the assigned territory.

Work you'll do

As a Sales Executive, you will develop and execute growth strategies, build executive relationships, and collaborate with Deloitte account teams and ServiceNow to advance opportunities across the assigned territory. You will:

  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with ServiceNow leaders and strategic partners, aligning joint objectives and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Build and execute territory and account growth strategies that prioritize target accounts, industry plays, and high-value opportunities.
  • Guide and coach Deloitte account teams on solution positioning, market differentiation, and how to bring together Deloitte's capabilities with ServiceNow technologies.
  • Create and execute joint account plans and co-sell motions with ServiceNow, Deloitte account teams, and internal stakeholders to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Drive deal and proposal win strategies based on client and market knowledge, in collaboration with Deloitte account teams and ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with account teams and internal stakeholders to advance opportunities through pursuit coaching, content development, and day-to-day deal support.
  • Lead Executive Account Reviews and Sales Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with ServiceNow leadership and Deloitte account teams. Set the agenda, use data to guide the conversation, and drive decisions, commitments, and follow-through.
  • Use market, pipeline, and performance data to develop recommendations that hold partners accountable to joint business plans and secure the investments needed to deliver growth.

The successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • A successful track record of selling software solutions and/or complex professional services.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic accounts, territory, and go-to-market plans that result in measurable revenue growth.
  • The ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels of client and partner organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits with long sales cycles and significant revenue potential.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions and the broader technology marketplace.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to mobilize cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into clear growth actions.

Qualifications 

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex client relationships and selling into enterprise organizations.
  • Experience selling complex, project-based professional consulting services characterized by long sales cycles and a mix of large and small transactions.
  • Demonstrated success achieving revenue targets and managing a disciplined sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience with ServiceNow, including its technology, go-to-market model, and partner ecosystem.
  • Established relationships with ServiceNow executives, sales representatives, and channel leaders.
  • Experience selling through marketplace or partner-influenced commercial models.
  • Undergraduate degree; advanced degree preferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $171,600.00 to $338,300.00.
