Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Precision Tech Home Services is a trusted leader in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Generator solutions for residential and commercial clients. With over 35 years in business, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable service and top-notch customer care. We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers — answer inbound calls and assist with needs professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and generator service calls
  • Coordinate job routing geographically for efficient technician travel
  • Perform customer follow-ups after service to ensure satisfaction
  • Schedule sold estimates and follow up on open estimates to help convert leads into booked jobs
  • Track maintenance memberships — follow up and book upcoming service visits
  • Maintain accurate notes, job details, and tracking in ServiceTitan
  • Monitor technician progress and ensure a smooth workflow throughout the day
  • Assist with light accounts receivable needs, including collecting payments when needed
  • Support the operations team with administrative duties as needed
  • Provide excellent communication between customers and technicians to ensure a positive experience
