Job description

Arrow Glass Industries in Lewisville, TX, a residential, multi-family, and commercial glass company, is in search of a Customer Service Representative. Must be able to multi-task, with attention to detail in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities, act as a liaison, provide product and services information and provide excellent customer service with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist customers before, during and after a sale. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and can remain patient and professional when working with customers.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Excel, scheduling, invoicing, and collections a plus.

Experience in the glass industry, construction industry or service/trade industries.

Customer service preferred but not required.

Spanish a plus

Must pass a background check and drug test. Serious inquiries need only apply.

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm
