Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and patient-focused Customer Service Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving basic issues, and providing excellent customer service through our scheduling process. This is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to help patients looking for care.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Assist patients through their calls, requests, and general touchpoints.
• Scheduling Appointments: Schedule new patients into clinics based on request.
• Responding to Inquiries: Answer requests for information or book consults with doctors to assist potential patients.
• Handling Clinic leads: Manage and follow up on call, web, and ad booking requests.
• Inbound and Outbound calls: Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries and scheduling requests in a professional manner.
