This role provides a variety of activities—including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance—making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Though preferred, this hands-on, foundational role doesn’t require prior industry experience; we provide world-class training to set you up for success from day one!

Requirements

This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Customer Service & Sales 

  • Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.  
  • Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.  

Warehouse & Yard Operations 

  • Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.  
  • Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.  

Inventory Management 

  • Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.  
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks. 

Delivery and Transportation 

  • Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols. 
  • Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.  

What we are looking for… 

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly 

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors 

Strong work ethic and reliability 

Basic math and communication skills 

An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service  

Preferred, but not required… 

Warehouse associate experience 

Delivery driver experience 

Forklift Certification 

Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (remember, our training rocks) 

Spanish Bi-Lingual is always a plus
