Customer Service/Warehouse Associate

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a CSR/Warehouse Associate to be located in Silverthorne, CO. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the CSR/Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day sales activities of the branch.

Shift: 7:30-4:30 with a 1-hour meal break. While this is the standard schedule, some flexibility with days and hours may be available.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.
  • Greet customers, answer phones, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Process customer orders accurately and maintain order status updates.
  • Communicate order status, ETAs, and delivery information to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives, managers, and team members.
  • Schedule deliveries and complete assigned projects and administrative tasks.
  • Process shipping, receiving, inventory transfers, cycle counts, and related documentation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, organize stock, and operate material-handling equipment as needed.
  • Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift certification or willing to obtain certification.
  • Distribution environment experience preferred.
  • Good basic math skills (including ability to take accurate measurements).
  • Proficient with Windows based computer applications.
  • Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and clients.
  • Ability to perform well in a detail oriented, fast paced environment.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently, working in extreme weather conditions (hot and cold).
  • Occasionally, you will be expected to lift up to 50-75 pounds.
  • Occasionally, working outside for a certain period of time.
