Team Leader - Schlotzsky's

Schlotzsky's is hiring a Team Leader to help drive a smooth and efficient shift, ensuring top-quality food and outstanding guest service. Team Leaders assist both kitchen and cashier departments, enforce cash control policies, and support daily checklists to maintain operational excellence. Learning and excelling in the Drive-Thru position is an essential part of this role.

Compensation: Competitive pay range $12.00-$14.00 based on experience, and location sales volume, plus advancement opportunities
