Job Type:Full-time or Part-time


Reports to: General Manager


Position Summary
As an Assistant General Manager at HTeaO, you will serve as a vital link between frontlines operations and upper management. You will assist the General Manager in leading store operations, supporting team development, ensuring outstanding guest service, and maintaining operational standards. You'll also be prepared to step in as the Manager on
Duty when needed. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for individuals who are passionate about service, team culture, and operational excellence-with the potential to grow into a General Manager role.
