Wieland is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a customer-facing representative with advanced quoting, technical product knowledge, and revenue-impacting responsibilities. This role is located in Roseville, MI and will be fully on-site. 


Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present customer quotes, including technical or specialty products
  • Support pricing, returns, and credit processes
  • Serve as a technical resource for products and applications
  • Support purchasing and inventory decisions
  • Manage assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinate expediting, forecasting, and delivery commitments
  • Communicate priorities and support resolving issues across production, purchasing, and logistics
  • Participate in contract review and customer portal management
  • Identify process improvements within customer workflows
  • Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery dates
  • Maintain customer records and documentation
  • Escalate issues by established guidelines
  • Provide coverage support for other CSRs as assigned

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or higher preferred
  • 3+ years of related experience preferred
  • Proficient / Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite)
