Poste : Temporaire (avec possibilité de prolongation) - Temps plein.  

Lieu : poste basé au 1717 rue Du Havre, Montréal, avec une grande flexibilité de télétravail. 

Horaire : 40 heures par semaine, 4 jours par semaine du lundi au vendredi, journée de congé à déterminer lors de l’embauche.  

Formation : 6 semaines de formation à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 16h. La formation débute le 19 octobre 2026. 

Rémunération : 1463,67$/semaine (36,59$/heure)

La personne titulaire du poste aura à prendre en charge l’ensemble des demandes de la clientèle, qu’elles soient reçues par téléphone, par écrit ou par l’intermédiaire d’une tierce partie. Cela inclut le traitement des plaintes, des appels de service, des demandes d’informations techniques, ainsi que toute autre requête générale liée aux activités de l’entreprise. Le rôle comprend également la prise en charge des appels d’urgence liés à des fuites réelles ou suspectées, nécessitant une application rigoureuse des protocoles établis ainsi qu’un excellent jugement afin d’assurer un service sécuritaire. 

Ce que l'on recherche  

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires (D.E.S.) (OBLIGATOIRE)
  • Minimum d’une année d’expérience en service à la clientèle dans un centre d'appels/appels entrants (OBLIGATOIRE)

  • Capacité à donner un service de qualité dans un contexte de temps d’appel encadré;  

  • Maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau avancé) et du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit*.  

Note : Les candidates et candidats devront réussir un examen qui va mettre à l’épreuve leurs connaissances de l’anglais et du français.

Customer service representative (Part time - Permanent)

Position: Temporary (with the possibility of extension) – Full-time

Location: Based at 1717 Du Havre Street, Montreal, with great flexibility for remote work

Schedule: 36.25 hours per week, 4 days per week from Monday to Friday; day off to be determined upon hiring

Training: 6 weeks of full-time training, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
