OUR IDEAL CSR / Dispatcher - CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

You handle essential administrative responsibilities to help every workday go off without a hitch. Communicating with clients, field technicians, and support staff, you play an integral role in seamless business operations. You speak with customers about their HVAC needs, answer questions, and schedule appointments in ServiceTitan. As our technicians complete service calls, you keep in touch with them and support their productivity. Handling administrative duties as they come up, you take pride in being an important part of our office.

  • Experience using ServiceTitan
