Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and make customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up on product inquiries and sales questions, providing accurate and clear information.
  • Process customer orders over the phone, including payment handling.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues over the phone.
  • Keep accurate, thourough records of all customer interactions and communications.
  • Assist with daily order processing, shipment coordination, and file maintenance.
  • Track shipments and collaborate with freight terminals for timely delivery updates throughout each day.
  • Handle shipping damage notifications and communicate with internal teams and carriers.
  • Participate in local outreach and networking events, which may occasionally require evening or weekend availability.
  • Perform additional office tasks as needed to support team goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of previous customer service experience, with significant phone support history.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong computer skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to listen to and apply verbal and written instruction and feedback professionally.
  • Fluency in Spanish and experience with warehouse operations are a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Job Details:

  • Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, weekdays
