Position Overview - Famiglia Wealth is seeking a Client Service & Operations Specialist to play a vital role in supporting the operational backbone of our firm. You will work closely with the Director of Operations and the broader team to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient execution of client service and back-office deliverables. This is a detail-driven, execution-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and high-touch service.


Your Role & Responsibilities


You will support end-to-end operations that impact client service and firm efficiency, including but not limited to:

  • Manage account openings, transfers, and ongoing maintenance workflows.
  • Accurately process time-sensitive money movements (wires, transfers, etc.).
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to track status and resolve issues.
  • Maintain precise client records in our CRM (Wealthbox experience preferred but not required).
  • Support client communications via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care.
  • Prepare and process account paperwork and documentation.
  • Assist in client meetings as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve client outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to advisors and internal teams.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, RIA operations, or client service.
  • Experience in similar roles such as Client Associate, Operations Coordinator, or Specialist.
  • Familiarity with custodial platforms (Pershing, Schwab, etc.) and CRM systems (Wealthbox a plus).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and with a team.
  • Candidate seeking a long-term opportunity with potential for growth (not into advisory).
  • Nice-to-Have: Securities licenses (Series 7/63/66), but not required.
