About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We support fund managers, investors, and operators across private equity, venture capital, private credit, and real assets—combining deal flow, operational support talent, investor relations, training, and job placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to create real earning opportunities and verified credibility for serious private capital professionals. Once verified, associates are immediately activated on live transactions and fund operations across our network.

Role Overview: Private Capital Operations Associate

Initio Sphere is seeking detail-oriented finance and operations professionals to join the platform as Certified Private Capital Operations Associates.

  • Gain access to live deal and fund operations work

  • Support investors, fund managers, and operating teams with execution and process management
