Job description

Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and technical support to both our retail and retail base via phone, email, written correspondence and fax
  • Provide a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department
  • Participate in cross-training of tasks with in department
  • Process dealer's parts orders and Warranty Claims
  • Answer questions regarding claims via phone/email
  • Record retention and reporting
  • Miscellaneous office duties
  • Learn product like from frame to final
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs
  • Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV, Buss or Commercial Vehicle parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
  • Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
