The SM will operate the service department at maximum production while building a loyal customer base, setting and obtaining objectives, and maintaining service records. This position will adhere to and promote the Company mission while operating within the confines of the Company's core values and contributing to the success of their functional team.

RESPONSIBILITIES Serving customers and leading technical staff Application of in-depth automotive repair knowledge, people skills, customer relations, and scheduling Serve as liaison between technicians and customers Coach, lead, train and supervise technicians while assisting with the purchase of parts, materials, and equipment Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and/or customers Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology Use scheduling and service bay optimization techniques and tools to maximize the service department's productivity.
