The company's vision is to build a long-standing national clothing brand. The Role Blank Label is looking for Customer Service Manager to oversee all non-store client touch points including phone, email, physical mail, and live chat. The role will include both client-facing work as well as overseeing part-time customer service representatives and operations representatives.

The Customer Service Manager will report directly to the company President.
