Job description

Adecco is working with a manufacturing company in Brattleboro, VT that is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that designs and manufactures precision optical products used in life sciences, aerospace, defense, environmental monitoring, semiconductor manufacturing, and other advanced industries. Position: Customer Success Manager

Shift: Monday - Friday | Hybrid Schedule

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 hourly 

Job Duties:

• Manage and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service

• Maintain accurate customer information, opportunities, and sales activity within CRM systems

• Coordinate RFQ processes to ensure timely and accurate quote turnaround

• Work closely with internal teams including engineering, operations, quality, and sales to support customer needs

• Monitor customer orders from entry through delivery and proactively communicate updates

• Coordinate customer visits, business reviews, and meetings with key stakeholders

• Track bookings, revenue, forecasts, and account performance metrics

• Assist with resolving customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, customer success, inside sales, or a related role preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

• Experience working with CRM systems required

• ERP experience is a plus

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
